Shipping Policy:

Email or call us with any questions before placing your order. Please allow up to 15 business days before receiving an order on ground shipping during busy times. All claims for credit, shortages, damages, and/or shipping damages must be placed within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. For an exchange, the product must be brand new and unused. The customer is responsible for round-trip expenses. The shipping costs of any returns or exchanges remain the responsibility of the customer, unless the merchandise is being returned because we incorrectly filled the order and/or the merchandise is defective. We charge a 20% restocking fee and/or shipping costs on items that you just do not want after placing an order or after receiving the shipment. All returned merchandise must be received by Rock Creek Nut Company in brand new and unused condition, unless the merchandise is found to be defective. Email or call for instructions prior to an exchange or return. This ensures that our website pays the bills and stays online for future generations.
